Introduction: The Economics of the “Perfect Cut”

A single millimeter of misalignment as the dough sheet enters the wrapper cutting machine can lead to “incomplete skins”—waste that must be reprocessed, costing time and energy. - The Mechanism: Through a precision-timed conveyor loop, the dough sheet passes under two independent dusting units. One treats the top surface, and as the sheet flips or moves through the stacking cycle, the second unit treats the reverse side.
- The Result: This ensures that every millimeter of the wrapper is insulated by a thin, even layer of starch, preventing “clumping” or sticking even when stacked 50-100 layers deep.

Phase 2: Precision Stacking & The PP Board Centering Logic
The most difficult technical challenge in wrapper production is ensuring the dough sheet lands and remains in the Absolute Center of the PP (Polypropylene) board.
- Calibration for the Cut: If the dough sheet shifts even slightly on the board, the rotary cutter will fall outside the margins of the dough, producing incomplete “scrap skins.” Our system ensures that the dough is perfectly centered before it enters the cutter, maximizing the yield of premium, full-sized wrappers.
- Zero-Slip Engineering: During high-speed reciprocating movement, the PP board must remain perfectly stable. We utilize specialized gripping conveyors and precision indexing to ensure that as the sheet is stacked, it does not slide.
Phase 3: Geometry Optimization to Minimize Scrap
Beyond positioning, the [wrapper line] efficiency depends on width-matching logic.
- Width Synchronization: We calibrate the width of the final sheeting stage to the exact diameter of your dumpling skins or the side-length of your wonton wrappers.
