1. Intellectual Property
   • All machinery images, patents, and website content © [2025] NoodlemachinePro. Unauthorized use prohibited.
2. Product Orders
   • Quotes valid 30 days. Payment: 50% deposit, 50% pre-shipment.
   • Delivery: FOB China port – risk transfers upon loading.
3. Liability Limitations
   • Not liable for indirect damages (e.g., factory downtime).
   • Equipment warranty: 12 months (excludes misuse/natural disasters).
4. Governing Law
   • Disputes resolved under Jurisdiction, Shanghai International Arbitration Center.
